It is a 12'x20' small garage turning into a finished shop.
Back & 1 side will be t-111 over kraft paper over the existing old wood siding.
Front with existing 8' roll-up door & side wall to be lap siding over kraft paper over existing siding.
Trim is typical 1"x4" on corners & around door & 1 window.
Install a small gable vent at each end.
I will provide all materials so you can figure a labor only quote & your availability (no hourly).
Now,
If you want and are experienced in sheetrock that would be a separate quote to hang, tape, & texture.
