Who We Are: Froffee is a growing coffee company. We provide a new and innovative way to make frozen coffee beverages.
The Position: We are looking for a maintenance technician to service our machines (no prior knowledge needed). Our techs do anything from service requests to maintenance duties. The technician will work 2-6 hours a week in hours he/she desires.
Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking a hardworking and reliable employee with excellent customer service. This individual must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively and feels comfortable with long drives.
Job Responsibilities:
· Perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and improve the quality of our product.
· Handle service requests for repairs and improvements.
· Work as a team player along with the maintenance staff to ensure the client's needs are met.
· Records findings in a maintenance log.
· Drives vehicles for potentially multiple hours a day between clients.
· Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Skills
· Service and teamwork-oriented.
· Customer-centered and focused.
· Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
· English literacy (Spanish or Arabic are a plus).
· Ability to learn mobile tools and applications.
Requirements
· Good physical condition as the job requires lifting of equipment overhead weighing upwards of 50 lbs.
· Valid driver's license along with a good driving record and auto insurance.
· Needs to own SUV/Truck/ Minivan/ Van - We pay generously for miles (58c per mile + hourly rate).
Training will be held in Redding during the month of September.
