Join Etta for a rejuvenating and reenergizing art therapy workshop! Practice Mindfulness through Mandala-making @ H.O.P.E.! Art Therapy provides great support when managing difficult feelings. This month’s workshop will focus on the redirection of fearful thoughts and nervous energy through visual expression. Come and learn how to change negative thoughts and feelings into hopeful meditations through the process of Mandala Art. - No art experience required! All art supplies will be provided. - $25/person - Designed for individuals 15 years or older. WHAT IS ART THERAPY?
