NOVATO, CA — The city of Novato is seeking public input on updates to a Bicycle/Pedestrian Plan. The city opened the 30-day public comment period Monday. The city adopted the plan in 2015. It provides a network of sidewalks, bicycle paths, lanes, and routes along with pedestrian-and bicycle-related programs and support facilities.
