Looking for someone who is detailed oriented and can fill in and smooth out an interior concrete floor. Please note experience, availability and what tools you have and need to complete the project. There are no major cracks or anything like that... just need someone to make sure the floor is smooth, small holes are filled in, floor is sanded. Thank you
