On the origins of Antifa

In the beginning, there was the Intifada. Remember that? (See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intifada for a refresher) The gun-toting Israeli Jews - trying to destroy the resistance against their oppression, murderous assaults, and land theft - naturally, began describing themselves as the "Anti-fada" - which, of course, betrayed their roots, as native English speakers, and, probably, United States citizens, too. Which makes this a United States problem - don't pretend it's not. But I digress from the main point - which is the evolution of the word, 'Antifa'. Somewhere along the line, 'Anti-fada' became tedious to utter, as it was, obviously, a mockery of the Intifada, and the word 'Anti-fada' was easily mistaken for 'Intifada', leading to the perception that the Israelis were actually carrying water for their opposition every time they opened their mouths. And so the last syllable, '-da', was dropped, and 'Anti-fada' morphed into 'Antifa', which was rebranded as a shortening of 'anti-fascist', which was a message that every red-blooded Jew was presumed to understand. Technically, I would describe 'Antifa' as a shibboleth (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shibboleth). If you've been hanging around with people who have been talking about the Intifada a lot, then that part of your brain which is engaged in auditory processing will be engaged, and you will immediately detect the similarity between 'Antifa' and 'Intifada', and easily interpolate the missing piece - 'Anti-fada', which you are also likely to have overheard - and understand the origin. Otherwise, if you are not of the inner circle, you will be told that it is short for 'anti-fascist', and that will sound good to you, so you will repeat it, and believe it, like a good little goy. Based on the above analysis it is my sincere belief that Antifa is really the rebirth of the Jewish Defense League (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jewish_Defense_League), rebranded and restructured to incorporate an inner circle and an outer crowd of useful idiots whose primary purpose is to mask the inner circle's existence and operation. In this it is not unlike the inner/outer structure used by Masonic organizations and so it is likely that there is some organizational overlap there, too. Although they position themselves as "anti-" fascists, their actions brand them as all too willing to behave like thugs, and so I regard Antifa as closer to the German Nazi Party's notorious "Brown Shirts" (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sturmabteilung for more information) - either a predecessor, a recruiter, or a training course for whatever comes next. Food for thought. More information: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Committees_of_correspondence
