If this Bob Woodward story is true Milley committed treason by notifying the CCP should an attack be planned he would tell them in advance. The entire scenario is preposterous there's no reasonable explanation Trump would order a nuclear attack on any country including China, there's no provision in the Constitution a President remains in office after losing an election regardless of war and he would have to go through Milley making that request which would have to pass the laws of armed conflict LOAC requirements. Milley could publicly step down citing his reason which would cause a massive public debate and its highly unlikely any subordinate commander would allow a nuclear weapons launch. Again if this story is true Milley shows himself to be the unstable one not Trump. This is just another Trump bashing story.
In the days that followed Donald Trumps loss in November, Trumps own staff was so concerned over Trump';s psychotic irrational behavior, that General Milley secured the nuclear codes so that Trump could not launch a nuclear attack.
Think about that. Our own military had to guard itself and the world against a psychotic president. Trump's own team removed his ability to launch a nuclear attack. Like a parent taking a sharp knife away from a toddler.
