Need tiler who has their own tile cutter

I am seeking an experienced tiler to lay 7" hexagonal tiles (see photo) on my kitchen floor. The dimensions are 95" by 38". I am asking you to cut into the pergo aka laminate floor (see photo) so that the tile can lay flush with the floor, or at least, close to flush. The area where to lay the tile is in front of my kitchen sink and is to run underneath my oven (see photo). I am asking for an estimate as to cost. I have the tiles.
