Description
We have an exciting new opportunity at an upcoming music festival in Oakland California. We are seeking energetic and friendly staff to assist with merchandising operations and festival retail sales. The ideal candidates will be outgoing, professional, and preferably have previous retail and/or customer service experience.
Dates/Times:
9/18 - 10am - 6pm
9/18 - 5pm - 1am
9/19 -10 - 6pm
9/19 - 5pm - 1am

Roles/Responsibilities:
POS Brand Ambassador - Assisting fans with buying merch, managing POS system, restocking inventory.
Runner - Assisting POS team to fulfill orders, running to grab inventory for restocks, supporting to reduce fan wait time.
Liaison - line management, answering fans questions and providing brand/merch education.
Rate:
$20/hr +
