Servers would pass appetizers and serve food and drinks to tables. Bartenders server drinks Security and Bouncer check people in on guest list and post outside. Pay is Cash same day. Uniform is Black shoes, black pants, white button up dress shirt and long black tie. 4pm start time 5-8hrs Tips accepted Live fun party, very easy gig. Saturday Sept 18th
