Description
* Retail strip center maintenance work 3x/wk (Mon, Wed, Fri) spot sweeping and picking up debris and trash in 2 retail centers.
* This is a permanent gig and may include other handyman projects as need occurs.
* Prefer person w/ landscaping or porter service background, but experience not necessary.
* Basic maintenance tools needed. (Rolling trash can, broom, trash bags, etc)
* Average time for maintenance for both locations is approximately 1 hr.
* Flexible schedule, but early am is desirable. Ideal candidate should reside between Tracy and/or Livermore.
