Description
As HR Manager of Payroll and Benefits, you will be responsible for processing payroll for all departments and the enrollment and termination of all employee benefits. This position works closely with the Admin Director of IHSS and Benefits to assist with all benefits eligibility audits, to ensure that all benefit invoices are checked and processed in a timely manner. As well as, monitor and ensure compliance with federal/state labor and employment laws and manage EBI’s compliance with CARF safety standards and regulations.
The HR Manager of Payroll and Benefits will be responsible for communicating effectively, both orally and in writing. The ability to make independent judgments with minimal supervision. The knowledge and experience with human resource systems and legal requirements. Experience in basic bookkeeping, database management, reporting, and documentation procedures and experience with Google apps and Microsoft Excel.
The HR Manager of Payroll and Benefits is a full-time in office Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, salaried position at $62,046 annually.
