Clothes for size 4 female affected by natural disaster

I have lots of clothes and would like to donate to someone who has lost their wardrobe/livelihood due to natural disaster.... I probably have enough for two people.... Can send purses, bags coats, sweaters, workout clothes, tighs, leatards, socks, underwater, shoes are size 7.5-8.5...I have sneakers, shoes, boots, books and more...I don't want to donate to thrift store because they sell and want to give directly to person who needs to spend any money they have on other things....
