Hi I'm Angela Nicole I am trying to get volunteers for a farm clean up for a 84 year old farmer whose property is in jeopardy of the city taking it due to old tenants leaving junk as well as overgrowth of vegetation, trash and debris. He is a kind and compassionate man who has a PH.D in Biology however he is unable to do the work himself and is on a limited income. I have been working tirelessly for 4 months without pay and the city will be coming to do an inspection on September 7. If anyone can volunteer their time or possibly have trucks and trailers that could haul trash to dump that would be so appreciated. We also need filldirt and gravel. We have tools but not the hands nor manpower to get the job done in time. This would be great for a church group, boyscouts or girl scouts, family, business or anyone wanting to help an old farmer save his farm. He has owned this farm for 50 + years has always paid his taxes and has helped countless people in the community get back on their feet. He needs a miracle please consider as I would hate for him to lose his farm. If you don't have time but have money and could pay for a full truck load of gravel delivered or possibly could afford to have a extra large dumpter delivered so we can fill and have them haul off we can use all the help we can get.
