Hard rock/heavy metal guitarist looking for a band. Not looking for a cover group or a one-off project. Looking for like minded bandmates who are driven to go the distance (get signed, make money, etc.) and are businessmen first, musicians second. Also looking for people who aren't flakes. I'm currently 20 and a third year business student at Sac State, so also looking for people around my age. I'm currently working on putting together demos while omitting the vocals, in case you want to hear what I'm working on. Musically, my style incorporates heavy distortion, feedback, effect pedal manipulation, syncopation, and "fast" soloing (I do not consider myself a virtuoso, but former bandmates have called it a virtuoso approach). Early influences were EVH, Joe Satriani, Randy Rhoades, Tom Morello, Kirk Hammett, Slash, Jimmy Page, Angus Young, and Billy Gibbons before I embraced blues and jazz players Stevie Ray Vaughan, Robert Johnson, Greg Howe, Stanley Jordan, Allan Holdsworth, Al di Meola, and Paco de Lucia.
