Hello,
We are a small gluten-free sourdough wholesale production bakery, and we are looking for a part-time production team member for the following shifts:
Sunday 2pm - 6pm (*flexible)
Monday 5pm - 9:30pm
Tuesday 4pm - 8pm (*flexible)
Wednesday 5pm - 9:30pm
(*flexible: not all work within shift has to be performed at a specific time, so start and end times are adjustable, and additional hours are available)
Main Tasks Include:
-Running Slicing and Closure Equipment, bagging bread
-Monitoring bread for slicing readiness
-Batch weighing
-Oven Management
-Cleaning, shutdown
-Fermentation Tank Management, Feeding & Cleaning
-Facility & equipment daily maintenance/cleaning
-Keeping accurate batch records, cleaning records, other required records
Required Skills and Traits:
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to follow directions
-Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
-Ability to work independently
-Time management skills
-Positive attitude
-Able to lift 50lb
-Able to thrive in fast-paced physical work environment
-Reliable, committed, punctual
-Pallet jack, warehouse, food production experience a plus +
