Easy-going company with great management. **SE HABLA ESPANOL, BUSCAMOS PERSONAS DE MANTENIMIENTO Y PINTORES PARA TRABAJAR EN UNA PROPIEDAD DE APARTAMENTOS*** ***Please email your resume with the reply to set up an interview*** RESPONSIBILITIES OF A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN: • Maintain the exterior appearance of the building, hallways, laundry rooms, clubhouse, and grounds to be pleasing to the eye of prospective and present residents. • Prepare vacancies for occupancy on a schedule coordinated by the Maintenance Supervisor with the assistance of the Property Manager. • Complete service requests within 24-48 hours depending on the status of the unit. • Maintain all community-owned equipment in good working condition. • Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor and Office staff as needed to complete all maintenance requests. • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and guests. REQUIREMENTS OF MAINTENANCE: • Use various hand tools and test equipment. These items may vary in weight from a few ounces to 40 pounds. • As part of the daily maintenance routine, you may be required to move appliances from one apartment to another apartment. • Be involved in repairs to the building structure. • Ability to work independently. • Knowledge of unit turnover, plumbing, and electrical. • Good customer service skills. • Have a Valid Driver's License and reliable/personal vehicle REQUIREMENTS AS A PAINTER: You would be responsible for painting, maintaining, and repairing surfaces of the building, Apartments, and equipment throughout the facility in the properties. The continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: • Paint, maintain, and repair painted, wall-covered of building structures, Property, and equipment throughout the property • Prepare and paint surfaces using techniques and tools including, but not limited to, measuring surfaces, applying spackle and plaster, mixing paint, matching paint, and using brushes, rollers, and spray-guns • Install and repair covered wall and ceiling surfaces.
