WELA x DesignX: September WE Mix Happy Hour Join us Friday, September 3rd for a Fashion, Toy, and Architecture Show WE Mix Happy Hour! DesignX will be co-hosting with WELA the first of its kind Kids and Teens Fashion show and Toy Design + Architecture expo in downtown Los Altos -- showcasing the range of creative talent of youth in our community from their recently concluded summer programs. Budding designers will showcase clothing, toys and architecture models designed and made by them -- as part of WELA's (Women Entrepreneurs Launch) Happy Hour event on Friday, September 3rd. It is in conjunction with First Friday Los Altos monthly events, so expect downtown Los Altos to be filled with live music -- serving as a wonderful backdrop to the event. Details: 🗓 Friday, September 3rd from 6pm-8pm 📍 Check in outside of Répéter (308 State Street, Los Altos) 🎟 ADMISSION: $5 Members | $10 Guests (non-members) 💺 ADD-ON: $10 Reserve a seat at the event (Limited to first come, first serve) 🎁 All ticket holders will be entered into the RAFFLE 🍷 Admission includes food and drinks About DesignX: DesignX is a design education company with a mission to unleash creativity in the next generation through thoughtful hands-on programs that are not only innovative but mindful of our planet. Through fashion and textile design, toy design and architectural design programs, students learn to express their creative voice while learning to make real world products like clothing, accessories, toys and architectural models. DesignX provides one-of-a-kind experiences through Summer Programs, After-School Programs, Middle and High School Workshops and Electives. Our WE Mix Happy Hour is an opportunity for our WELA members and guests to connect and network with other members and guests during a casual social setting.
