Seeking Free Rent for Room or Studio in exchange for Assistance/Help. I am a woman in my early 30s. I have a 30 pound mixed-terrier, and he is registered as my ESA pet. We live in Marin County and would prefer to stay in the county, but we might consider Sonoma or San Francisco. Our current living situation is unsafe. Being both a graduate student and battling with a chronic pain disorder make it difficult for me to work and earn a livable income. I am thinking of this as a transitional period. Being in a safe environment will help me focus on school and bettering my health. The goal is that I will eventually be able to work again and support myself financially. Despite my busy schedule as a graduate student and my limitations with a chronic pain disorder, I am very reliable and enjoy helping others. I will do my best to pull my weight in exchange for free rent. I am friendly, kind, and compassionate. I’m a good listener with a great sense of humor. I am considerate and respectful of people, animals, and my surroundings. I am very clean, hygienic, and organized. I have experience with childcare, house sitting, pet sitting, and watering plants. I have basic cooking skills. I enjoy arts and crafts. I love animals. I get along with people of all ages. I work well with kids, the elderly, and people with disabilities.
