The nearest oil refinery to SF is 11 miles. Explain how this is not exploitation of consumers by oil companies. When crude oil prices are $80 per barrel, gasoline prices are around $4.75 per gallon. When crude oil prices dip to under $30 per barrel, gasoline prices stay at $4.50 Tell me how this is not direct exploitation of consumers From the oil companies. If you want to be pissed off, do some research on Chevron, Exxon, Shell and BP.
