Hello! Contenza Properties and Nidum Property Solutions are looking for real estate scouts to help us find our next deal in the East Bay! Here’s how it works: Step 1: Look for properties that fit the below criteria • Appear vacant. • Boarded up doors and windows. • Severely overgrown and unkept yards. • In an apparent state of severe disrepair. • For Sale By Owner sings Step 2: Send us the addresses and photos of the properties you find. Step 3: We will attempt to connect with the owner to see if they will sell us the property. Step 4: You will be paid a flat fee of $1,000 for every property we close on that you find. Payments will be made when a property is cashed out completely via sale, refinance, or assignment of contract. Important: Not every homeowner will want to sell their property.
