Approx 21 acres. North of Lampasas, Adamsville. Eastern part of Edwards Plateau. Low fence. Approx 3/4 mile from Lampasas River. Note: No archery. Please don't ask why, as I won't respond.
Mix of Cedar, red oak, and live oak. The Upper 8 acre pasture (divided by dirt road) descends to a lower area, then descends further with another small pasture at bottom of the property. Plenty of cover. Of course, whitetail. Occasional exotics: chocolate fallow, Axis, Irish red stag. Occasional hogs. Dove and occasionally Turkey. Tanks around the property. $1,900. If interested, will send by-laws and many pics. There are no structures on property other than a deer hub and two raised stands. No electric or running water. Feeder in upper pasture and gravity feeder in the lower pasture.
This is for one (1) gun (the lessee) only. No other lessees. Owner does hunt. All details in by-laws.
