We are a custom home builder. We are seeking a full time field Construction Assistant, that has a minimum of 3 years construction experience preferably in new home construction, to help our Construction Manager with misc tasks such as coordinating various construction tasks, verifying material deliveries, verifying measurements and subcontractors work, assisting with warranty repairs and material pick up and deliveries, sweeping/keeping homes and job sites under construction clean and safe, among other things. If you don't meet the minimum requirements, please do not apply. Minimum 3 years construction experience required. Reliable transportation, preferably a pick up truck, and hand tools are required.
