FOUND: half dozen back packs stolen from vehicles at West Gate Mall

Found half dozen Back Packs stolen from vehicles at West Gate Mall around 9:20 PM on Tuesday Aug. 10, 2021. I found a half dozen back-packs piled on the side of the road last night 8-10-21 around 9 PM. This is behind West Gate Mall. The packs had been rifled and appear to be missing high tech contents. Unfortunately, most have no names or phone numbers. One back pack may be the property of Rogelio Morales. If you know this man, please advise him to respond to this post or contact West Gate Mall Security to claim his property. One back pack contains medical devices that are important for the patient to use daily, so I would like to find this owner ASAP. One has PG&E records and a phone I haven't been able to turn on, yet. Most of the others have personal hygiene products and receipts from So-Cal businesses as if they are from visitors to the area. To claim any of these, please describe the backpack in detail and its contents. West Gate Mall Security has been advised, and connected one victim with me. A clerk who works in the mall witnessed the thieves robbing vehicles around 9:15 PM. The thieves are several men wearing masks, and gloves, driving a loud, black Challenger.
