PALO ALTO, CA — An at-risk, non-verbal man missing since Sunday night in Santa Clara County was located Tuesday morning in Palo Alto. The man was reported missing around 9:45 p.m. at the 400 block of Winchester Boulevard in Santa Clara. Santa Clara police posted an update at 7 a.m. Tuesday morning announcing they had found the man and he was reunited with his family. "Thank you to all our residents and law enforcement partners who participated in the search," police said.
