Do you have to be flexible to do yoga? Absolutely not! Every pose can be modified to help you achieve the benefits of yoga without taking your body to places it is not ready to go.
Yoga is a wonderful way to help stretch the connective tissues that get so tight as we age. It helps to improve flexibility and balance. Connecting our movements with our breath in a slow and mindful way also helps reduce stress and anxiety.
We are located in a small studio near Oakridge Mall so space is limited!
We will be social distancing and wearing masks. Sanitized mats, blocks and straps are provided or you may bring your own. Please bring a small blanket or beach towel.
