Private, beautiful, small, home farm has space for 2-3 horses. Possible co-op / self-care opportunity if a good fit. Brand new horse facilities, ample pasture, quality hay, and attention to detail. Ideal for young Dressage horses needing room to grow and move, retirees, and those in between. Open, flat, safe pasture space. Very laid-back, clean, thoughtfully designed facility. We are a good fit for mellow, kind-hearted folks who want to enjoy their ponies. Property is built for large horses (WBs and TBs) with tall safe fencing and a focus on movement and turnout. Our horses are outside most of the time. Stall with large pasture turnout or pasture boarding available. Room on property for open space riding. Quality Dressage arena and round pen to be built (no arena presently). Openings in August. Co-op/self-care rate is $400/month, full care service is also available if desired.
