Elderly Black Lab in Need of Loving Home

I'm looking to find a loving home for this sweet old man. He is a stray that I took in in hopes of finding his family. I've tried every outlet possible but to no avail. He is a really loving and sweet elderly black male lab. He is great with other animals. I would love to keep him but I live on the second floor of an apartment and he can't walk up and down the stairs and I can't carry him by myself. Looking to find loving owners who can care for him with his special needs. He has trouble walking (possibly arthritis) and will need a home where he doesn't have to climb stairs. Despite his age he will play friendly with other animals. He seems to still be able to see and hear decently well so has no problems getting around and loving on me. We don't know his name of course but we call him "Old Man Roland" and he seems to respond well to that. Please help me to find a loving home for him. I want this sweet baby to know love and comfort for his last years.
