Join us at the Garden for a Morning of Family Arts Making as we explore the Majestic Monstera as our subject In this Family Friendly workshop we will be taking inspiration from the ever popular vine Monstera Deliciosa! Using examples from nature, this tropical beauty will help us explore the artistic concept of negative space with its unique shape and holes. Students will be encouraged to work together, read between the lines and think outside the box white creating a unique work of art that reveals a majestic silhouette of the plant in the space between colors. Due to the large size of these leaves each group or family will collaborate to make one piece to share and enjoy! Purchase 1 ticket per pair (parent and child).
