San Juan Pools of Monterey, Inc. has opportunities for immediate employment for a Pool Construction Supervisor, Plumber, Electrical helper and general labor. These positions require the ability to effectively communicate with the owner, GC’s and subcontractors to meet project deadlines. We are looking for multiple individuals with general construction experience and a willingness to learn. Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Supervision of all projects ensuring quality and of work performed and successful completion of all inspections. • Daily management of skilled workforce and also perform necessary work in the field • Must assure adequate scheduling of crew and sufficient supply of materials required to complete each phase of the project. • Must be able to multitask and oversee multiple jobs at one time • Should be able to work as a team Qualifications include but not limited to: • Excavation equipment experience highly desired • Fiberglassing experience is highly desired • Electrical/plumbing/tiling experience is highly desired • Willingness to learn new skills related to pool construction is required • Ability to work outside in varying environments • Self-motivated, pro-active, result-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimal direction. • Driver’s license required with clean driving record • Must be able to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines and company goals Details: - Monday through Friday, occasional weekend overtime - 8 hour day shift, with occasional overtime
