Production Manager for Street Festival

We are looking for a Production Manager to assist in all aspects of production at the first-ever street fair with cannabis sales and consumption, Green Alley at How Weird Street Faire. Production Manager for Cannabis Sales and Consumption Area at Street Festival Duration of agreement is Approx 7 weeks with potential for next year event Compensation is negotiable and based on experience Duties: -Managing contracts creating approval process -Security -Fencing -Porta Potty -Tents -Garbage -Site layout Oversight and Coordination of Sponsor/Vendor contracts and Fulfillment Collaboration with HR and Management to secure labor to work said event and helping to ensure each employee has appropriate cannabis compliance training Onsite Liaison for Security, Waste Removal Team, Fencing Contractor, and event organizers as needed. Assist in obtaining any physical permitting (Going to offices to obtain signatures, etc) Requirements: -Demonstrate prior event management experience -21+ years of age with a valid state issued ID -Be able to lift at least 50lbs and have good mobility as this gig requires a fair amount of walking -Vehicle or reliable transportation plan required -Understanding that this gig will require being around cannabis and may involve entering consumption areas to perform duties as needed -Work weekends and non standard business hours -Event is on a Sunday and requires Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday wrap up commitment.
