Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of tasks, including painting touch ups, light plumbing, light drywall repair, inspections of physical plant equipment (facility will train), preventive maintenance and various janitorial duties with minimal supervision.
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent; two years of experience preferred.
Experience:
Must have experience in operating a variety of hand tools and equipment ensuring proper safety precautions.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Additional Requirements: May be required to work overtime and flexible hours. Performs all other duties as assigned.
