We are a local GC that is looking to sub out a quick job. It's for a job. in a 800sq ft Retail Office with drop down ceiling. The job is simple: Our Licensed AC team ran and installed 12 linear Diffusers. Our ceiling grid team had to go in and finish up some work. During this process allot of their work has gotten loose. We are looking for someone to go in and fix these items. We also found some other issues that would not pass code. You must be an AC tech that has done this kind of work before. WE NEED THIS TO CODE BECAUSE WE WILL BE INSPECTED. We provide all material, we have an account at Goodman. WE have built about 300 of these offices. This work will take a team of two-2 days. So if you know what you doing we would love to work with you. Pay: This job pays $1000 cash upon completion. And making sure you followed all Palm Beach County Code. ONCE AGAIN TO BE CLEAR YOU MUST FOLLOW PALM BEACH COUNTY CODE. ITS A HUGE DEAL FOR US. We will be onsite to make sure nothing was skipped.
