Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to all our traveling guests from first message inquiry to check-in day
• Answer professionally all phone calls and reply to messages from guests
• Problem solve all issues that can come about to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible
• Buy and stock the house with toiletries, coffee/tea/water, cleaning supplies before each guest checks in
• Arrange immaculate home décor inside and outside home
• Take the necessary steps to ensure both appearance and physical integrity of the property and its assets are in good condition at all times
• Check home for damages/missing items when guests check out
• Coordinate with support staff consisting of housekeeping, gardener, pool crew, pest control, handyman as needed
• Pull the trash bins in/out weekly
• Keep track of all expenses
• Problem solve and assist when necessary
• Communicate all property issues in a timely manner to Property Manager
Requirements:
• Fast and efficient
• Good phone and message etiquette
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Detailed oriented and super organized
• Able to multitask and prioritize
• Be flexible in scheduling and on call 7 days a week
Job Type: Full Time
Benefits: Paid holiday, vacation, sick days. Insurance including health/dental/vision
Compensation: $40,000/year - $60,000/year depending on experience
