Established in 2009, (in Houston TX) Truesdell Air has maintained a centrally located facility to provide quick and efficient same day service throughout service and its surrounding areas. We stand by excellence through our quality control for our in-house Service, Repair, Installation, and Preventative Maintenance services. Positions Seeking: Experienced HVAC Service Technician and Skilled individual performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Residential HVAC systems and equipment. Strong communication and customer service skills preferred. (Year-round, full-time) • Identifying and performing preventative maintenance risks on equipment, diagnostics, and repair of electrical or mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting, and performing various repairs on HVAC systems and parts efficiently • Ability to provide insight on appropriate repair and replacement options Truesdell Services has that meet customer needs • Ability to maintain service logs and records of services performed and equipment • Ability to monitor and maintain all related job cost and efficiency on materials, equipment, and time • Knowledge and ability to comply with HVAC industry standards, work instructions, and customer needs Truesdell Air Conditioning Expectations: • 2-3 plus yrs of professional experience above with excellent communication and customer service skills • Willingness to work professionally with our Truesdell Services family in further developing professionally • Strong desire to better oneself and expand with the Truesdell Services Family • Basic HVAC Service Technician tools & equipment needed to carry out basic HVAC task • Valid driver’s license • MOST IMPORTANT: Accountability and dependability.
