(You may be able to negotiate a pet with the landlord.) 2-car garage is available for storage or woodworking shop - there are lots of tools already here. Raised garden boxes are waiting for your green thumb. Furnished deck, new gas BBQ and lighted patio space too. I will be traveling extensively for the rest of 2021 and 2022 and I'm hoping to stay in the house so I have a home base to come back to between trips and store my stuff. Otherwise, the place is all yours. This is a MUST-SEE property! You'll be required to submit a credit check with the owner and leave a deposit.  One bedroom is approx 15'x13' with ensuite bath.
