This is a group, art therapy workshop designed to promote personal growth & mental health/wellness. All are welcome! Totem poles were traditionally used by Native Americans to communicate history and tribal stories, commemorate ancestry, and symbolize kinship. In this art therapy workshop, participants will be given the opportunity to create a personal totem pole of character exploration and self-expression.• No art experience required! All art supplies will be provided. • $25/person • Designed for individuals 15 years and older.
