Immerse yourself in soundwaves & high vibrational frequencies through yoga, meditation and a transcendental sound bath by Lighthawk Reverie Join us for a yoga & meditation experience unlike any that you have ever participated in. We'll begin with breathwork, meditation and a light yoga flow to allow full awareness of our bodies, followed by an extended savasana & soundbath by critically acclaimed musicians & sound healers, Lighthawk Reverie & Eliza Maroney. Remember to bring: - Yoga Mat, Pillow(s)/Bolsters, and a Light Blanket - Sacred Herbs or Crystals for grounding - Products to enjoy before class. My name is Eliza Maroney and I'm the founder of Fire Path Yoga.  Having found yoga in my formative teenage years, it has been part of my daily life.  My hope is guide you through your practice, and to give you tools that may enhance your every day life through yoga and meditation.
