Welder needed to repair 4000+ car bulbs

We are an automotive small family owned business (Sole Pro.) located off the 605 freeway in Pico Rivera looking for a welder who can fix/repair 4000+ bulbs with their own equipment and at our location on site (preferably). We were hoping to silver solder/weld both metal wires together as different methods such as TIG or MIG is impossible to do and would completely destroy the bulb.
