collect signatures $15 each on nominating petition by Aug 1

I am running for Governor. I need 40 signatures from registered voters on the nominating petition for filing by August 1. I will pay $15 each for the signatures of registered voters of the county. Plus $20 for each notarized petition. Every petition is good 10 signatures so at least 4 petitions and 4 notarized statements of the collectors. Payment immediately upon delivery of each set of 10 signatures. Once I make the filing, I can then start collecting campaign contributions.
