We are seeking a Facilities and Janitorial Coordinator for Vivalon's friendly and welcoming healthy aging community center in downtown San Rafael. The Coordinator is an all-around handy person performing maintenance, custodial work and meeting room setup and breakdown for our many activities throughout the day. This role has a wide variety of duties in a supportive work environment. Monday-Friday. Pay is $23-29/hour (DOE) depending on experience, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision, paid time off, paid holidays, retirement plan, and more. Qualifications: - Experience in routine maintenance and custodial work - Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (occasionally up to 75 pounds with assistance) - Valid CA drivers license, insurable - Good communication skills - Ability to read, write, and follow basic written instructions in English -New hires at Vivalon are expected to be vaccinated against COVID-19 **OPEN INTERVIEWS: Tuesdays from 3-4PM & Fridays from 10-11AM** Apply and Interview - All are welcome!
