Looking for a mini office/warehouse or garage type space for business

I'm looking for an affordable space to do automotive window tinting. I really don't need a lot of space. 15' x 20' or 20' x 20' or so would be fine. Office or not, I could go either way. I've been building my business from my garage but it's time to upgrade, I just don't want to break the bank to pay for a space as I continue to build my business. I'd even consider using a portion of a larger space as long as there's access to a 10ft grade level garage bay door to pull vehicles in.
