ABOUT GLAMPERVAN Glampervan has been manufacturing high-quality van conversions in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2015 for customers all across the country. With the onset of this year’s travel challenges the demand for Glampervans is rising rapidly and we need to expand to meet the demand. We are a small but growing company that lives and breathes van-life, and tries to keep a healthy balance between building vans and enjoying the van experience. Glampervan is growing rapidly and is currently hiring for multiple roles. Current positions available are: -Materials Prep Associate The Glampervan Materials Prep Associate position is an entry level role that performs manual labor preparing raw material goods for assembly and installation for van conversions. Workers will focus efforts on primarily routing, sanding, and finishing wood parts for assembly. Workers will mostly perform the same or similar task functions through the assembly process, but opportunities to rotate into other tasks may present themselves. -Production Associate The Glampervan Production Associate position is an entry level role that performs manual labor assembling and installing various component parts for van builds. Workers will rotate through different tasks as well as perform the same or similar task functions through the assembly process. -Production Lead The Glampervan Production Lead position is a mid-level role that is both an individual contributor and a leader for production line workers on the manufacturing floor. The Production Lead will assemble and install various component parts for van upfit conversions. Production Leads will oversee worker rotations through different tasks as well as perform the same or similar task functions through the assembly and installation process.
