Our work involves deep cleaning and then sealing a wide variety of natural stone, tile & grout, concrete, and paver surfaces such as patios, driveways, pool-surrounds, floors, countertops, showers, etc., in both residential and commercial locations. (Deep-cleaning involves the application of cleaning agents, and may at times require manually scrubbing surfaces prior to the use of the appropriate equipment). This is a "career" opportunity, with rapid advancement to the top of the pay scale, and the possibility of full P&L responsibility for the right person. The ideal candidate is honest and hard-working... Will have some experience cleaning, restoring, and/or sealing natural stone, tile and grout, or concrete/paver surfaces - Has a valid driver's license - Has basic mechanical aptitude and will have familiarity with tools such as steamers, floor-polishers, pressure-washers and the like - Is a good communicator, is personable, and presents himself or herself well... And MOST IMPORTANTLY pays attention to detail and has high performance standards. For the record, "Pretty good" is not good enough at Seal Team One.
