Lost Orange Tabby with bent end of tail $100 reward

My cat Willie escaped in July 5th in the Shadowridge Meadows apartments by Rancho Buena Vista High School and hasn't been home since. He is fairly large and has a kink on the end of his tail. He has orange eyes and is friendly but cautious and he is fixed. We miss him dearly and want him home. If you know or hear of anything please contact me. There is also another orange cat in the neighborhood that's making it difficult to find Willie but his tail is not bent and he has longer legs.
