SAN ANSELMO, CA – A Hollywood star with San Anselmo roots is speaking out after her show's recent cancellation, and Jane Levy isn't holding back, Vanity Fair reports. The Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist star called NBC's decision to drop the musical comedy-drama a "wrong move" that reflects the networks propensity for programming too many cops and violence shows at the expense of shows about "love." "I'm sorry, but I have to say this: I look at the new NBC lineup, and it's like, 'Okay, we could watch a lot of shows about crime and guns.' Our show is about love," the Golden Globe nominee told the magazine. "It's a real shame to take that off the air…I feel like it's the wrong move." Levy was raised in San Anselmo and attended Archie Williams High School (formerly known as Sir Francis Drake High School). Read more in Vanity Fair
