Help Wanted – Paint Production Associate - Full Time Position (Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm or 8:30am-5pm) Paint Production Associate Job Description: • Receiving customer order and logging them into our database for processing • Locating formulations within our database • Preparing raw materials to be used for production • Coating and color blending per formulation ranging from 4 ounces to 50+ gallons • Perform quality control testing to ensure our customers are receiving highest quality products • Inventory Control to help maintain inventory at proper levels • Maintaining a clean and safe working enviroment • Any other duties that is asked of you beyond the scope of your regular duties to help the company Applicant: • Previous experience in paint desired but not required • Punctual team player with the ability to handle a fast pace work in a fast-paced environment • People skills and the ability to diplomatically negotiate with other team members • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. • Coordination and time management skills • Self-motivated, able to pick up company needs and requirements quickly and independently • Must be able to lift 50lbs+ • Forklift Experience Helpful • Simple math skills are a plus About Us: We are TCP Global Corporation, a local successful Ecommerce retail company that needs a full time Production Associate with strong work ethic that can start immediately.
