MAY Management Services, Inc. was formed in November 1988 by three partners with experience in community management. Their initial office was in Ponte Vedra followed by an office in St. Augustine and quickly grew as they started to service more and more of the larger communities in St. Johns County. In 1998, the World Golf Village development began and MAY was awarded the contracts for the five masters and sub associations. The MAY Management WGV office was opened six months later. During that same year, Ocean Hammock developers contacted MAY and the Palm Coast area became a new frontier for the MAY team.
