Swimming Pool Maintenance Service Manager Needed! Our growing pool company is seeking a Swimming Pool Service Manager for immediate hire with a sign on BONUS. This position will oversee the employees and services provided by our employees who clean and service swimming pool routes and repairs. This is to ensure our company is providing the best customer experience. Compensation & Benefits • This position is paid weekly; salary is based on experience level • Paid time off • You will be provided with: a company truck, company shirts, cleaning tools, a company phone or allowance to use your phone, equipment, and use of a company card for gas and chemical purchases • Continued education costs will be covered for relevant certifications when appropriate Job Duties • Oversee pool routes to ensure each customer has received the proper service which should include a clean pool, proper chemical balance, complete equipment checks • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of company vehicles, supplies, etc • Supervise up to 4 employees • Maintain professionalism in appearance, communications, and in quality of work • Make decisions on when to escalate pool issues to management • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications • Able to pass a pre-employment background check • Valid TX Driver License and clean driving record • Dependability and trustworthiness • Attention to detail and customer service skills • Ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems • Comprehension of proper swimming pool cleaning methods, techniques & chemicals • Ability to work independently and maintain a schedule and workload • Maintain positive and cooperative working relationship with customers and co-workers • Lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds • Be able to pass a drug test and be subject to random drug testing • Stand for extended periods of time • Ability to work outdoors during all seasons; work hours may require adaptation Call our office today!
