Learn about climate science in real-time on the trails at Weedon Island! Join Pinellas County UF/IFAS Extension Florida Sea Grant agent Libby Carnahan for this guided hike of different trails at the Weedon Island Preserve as she discusses climate-change science and its effects on our coastal communities in Florida. This hike will be roughly 1-2 miles in total length on paved trails or boardwalks, and will go at a leisurely pace. Recommended for adults and youth ages 12+.
